What we collect
The information the service runs on.
Your sign in: the email address and name of each person with access to the portal
Your brand profile: website, logo, colours, voice settings, topics and posting times
Your content: drafts, captions, images and videos we make or you upload, and their approval history
Connections: the access tokens each platform issues when you connect an account, so approved posts can go out
Performance numbers: views, reactions and follower counts of the posts Ampliqa published, read from each platform
How we use it
Only to run your accounts.
To write, design and schedule posts in your voice, and to publish the ones you approve at their time
To show you what worked and to write your monthly review, which the next drafts lean on
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models
Who processes it
The services Ampliqa is built on.
Ampliqa runs on Google Cloud and Firebase, which store the data encrypted at rest. Drafts are written with Google's Gemini API. Posts go out through each platform's official API: Instagram and Threads (Meta), X, LinkedIn and YouTube (Google).
Ampliqa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
