A clinic can post every day without ever posting about a patient. The material is the questions patients ask, the decisions the clinicians make, the things people wait too long for, and the small practical details of getting seen. Here is a month of posts for a physio, dental, chiro or therapy clinic, the platforms that matter, and the lines to stay behind.
The four post types for a clinic
- The question patients ask. "Is it too late to fix my posture?" One question, one honest answer, in the clinician's words
- The sign to watch for. "Three signs your knee is ready to run again." Practical, specific, no diagnosis
- The thing people wait too long for. The first appointment. The check up. The follow up. Said kindly
- The practical detail. Parking, first visit length, what to bring, how booking works, who you will see
A month, by platform
- Instagram: photo posts with a headline on the image (real people, never patients), carousels that teach one thing, ten short videos of a clinician answering one question
- Google Business Profile: the same posts, because clinic searches are local
- LinkedIn: the clinic page for what changed, the lead clinician's profile for decisions and lessons
- Threads and X: the questions, daily. Questions get replies and replies get seen
- Reddit: only where someone in your city is asking who to see, answered honestly with disclosure
The lines to stay behind
No patient stories, photos or results, even anonymised and even with consent, unless your regulator's rules and your own judgment both say yes.
No diagnosis in a post. A sign to watch for is fine; a conclusion about a reader is not.
No before and after. No testimonials where your regulator restricts them.
Check your college or board's advertising standards before the first post, and keep the month inside them.
Running it without the front desk doing it
Ampliqa makes the month for clinics on this pattern, in the clinic's voice, with real people and your headline on the image, and the lead clinician approves it in one sitting. Posts publish from the clinic's own accounts. See Instagram, run for you and pricing.
