Most social media services ask for your attention in small pieces all month: approve this post, look at that image, reply to this comment. Ampliqa asks for it once. A finished month lands on your desk, you read it in one sitting, and then the month runs.
This post explains why, and how the sitting goes.
Why once
- Small interruptions cost more than one block. Ten two minute approvals across a month break ten working sessions. One forty minute sitting breaks one.
- A month reads better as a whole. You see the rhythm, the repeats and the gaps. A single post out of context is hard to judge.
- Nothing posts without a yes. Because the month is approved up front, the system can run on schedule without asking again.
What the desk shows
- Every draft as a card: platform, format, text, image or video, and the posting time
- Three buttons on every card: Approve, Edit, Skip
- Approve all at the top, for when the month reads right
- Approved posts show their scheduled time, posted posts show when they went out
How to read a month in under an hour
Start with the videos and photo posts. They carry the month and take a few seconds each.
Then the carousels and LinkedIn posts. Read the first card and the last; edit a line if the voice slips.
Then the short posts for Threads and X. Skim in order, skip any you would not say.
Press Approve all for the rest.
What happens after
Posts go out from your own accounts at their times. If you change your mind about a post before its time, skip it on the desk and it never goes out. On Growth, a weekly review with a person catches anything the month did not anticipate. See how it works.
