A brand strategy is the short set of decisions that make every post, page and conversation sound like the same business. For a small business it should fit on one page. If it needs a deck, nobody will use it on a busy Tuesday.

The one page, six boxes
1. Audience
Who you serve best, described as a person: their situation, their problem, the words they use for it.
2. Promise
The single outcome you help them reach, in their words. "Your Saturdays booked" lands better than "practice growth solutions".
3. Proof
Why they should believe you: years in the trade, credentials, reviews, before and after, a guarantee. List what you have today and add as it arrives.
4. Personality
Three adjectives for how you sound, and three you never want to sound like. Warm, direct and practical; never salesy, never clinical, never cute.
5. Look
Your colours, fonts, logo use and the kind of photos you post. Real people from your world beat stock photos every time.
6. Channels
Where your audience already spends time, and the one or two platforms you will run properly. For local businesses that is often Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile; for B2B, LinkedIn first.
Fill in template
We help [audience] who [problem] get [promise].
People believe us because [proof].
We sound [three words] and never [three words].
You will recognise us by [colours, photo style, signature element].
Find us on [two channels], posting [how often].
Using it every month
Read the page before you plan a month of posts. Check every post against the personality line. Update the proof box when something new happens. Revisit the whole page once a year, or when you add a new service.
Where Ampliqa fits
Ampliqa builds most of this page for you from your website on the first day: your colours, your logo, your services and a written voice. Every post after that follows it. See how it works and how to build a brand from zero.
